In these Hawai'ian Lomilomi Intensives, you will learn a full body massage using your arms and breath as an ocean wave - cleansing, expanding and aligning the energies of the giver as well as the receiver.
This profoundly nurturing, relaxing and therapeutic bodywork combines the use of love, prayer and forgiveness along with deep,
broad and gentle flowing massage movements, whole body lymphatic drainage,
deep stretching and
joint decompression techniques.
Taught and performed as a Spiritual allegory,
a Lomilomi session becomes a meditative dance which moves the body to a timeless, oceanic rhythm while lulling the mind into alignment with the place of peace within us all.
An unspoken prayer for remembrance of all that
we are and ever have been.
Graceful as the hula,
strong yet gentle and effective,
Lomilomi is an art of Love, of alignment,
of self-mastery.
